does anybody know me?

CheGo2. what a weird name for someone who wants to bring her blog up a notch.it's actually comprised of three personas. it is who i am.


Che is short for Cherrie, or cheri (my online name). it is the name given by my parents and i have been called by that name since birth. this is my first persona. cheri is sweet, loving and loyal. she has a degree in mass communications from one of the reputable universities in the philippines and was a workaholic since she graduated. at times, hre self-esteem dips and she feels sorry for herself but doesnt wallow too long in the pit. she believes in women equality and standing up for what is right.  she encourages new moms to breastfeed their baby, even if she wasnt breastfed. for some reason, she doesnt make friends easily, a habit she is trying to break by reaching out to people through blogging. she has been blogging on and off since 2003 (?) and was formerly know as tseribols (pronounced cherry balls).

Go stands for Gomez (my maiden name). i am an eldest daughter and have a gay brother. my family is as dysfunctional as it gets (but that's normal these days). my mom has been working at the same company for 31 years and is convincing me to apply in that company when she retires. i'm still thinking about it. my brother can be a headache sometimes (arent they all?) but he one of the most supportive people i know.



my dad quit his job when i was born to take care of me and my brother. he was the one who stayed home while mom went off to work. he was the one who taught me how to cook, tutored me on my assignments and showed me orion's belt.

2 stands for Tuazon, my married name. i added this to my name when i married j in 2005. he is the coolest, smartest and most supportive guy i have ever known, plus he makes me laugh. i wake up every morning, still excited to be his wife and his best friend. he has helped shape me for who i am today. i am also the mom of his child, jackjack. he is the light if our lives. jackjack has made our family stronger. as he says, "jackjack, mommy, daddy. sama!" (jackjack, mommy, daddy, together!)   

i may not be famous for anything, but i like to write about my life. who knows, maybe i can strike a book and movie deal someday. maybe anne hathaway can portray me.
