joyful, joyful!

What is the joy in my present moment?

... a cool drink on a hot summer day.
... knowing and trusting that God will provide for whatever we need.
... having the hubby work at home, so we're together all day
... being in a better relationship with my family
... making and having a great meal
... green mangoes and bagoong (will write about this soon)
... finding books on sale
... hearing a sleepy "av yu, mommy" (love you, mommy) before he doses off
... free time, because jackjack is napping :)

  2. Hi cheri!

I totally agree with "knowing and trusting that God will provide for whatever we need". Ever since I quit my job to be a SAHM June last year, we're surviving on hubby's income and good to say we're doing fine. God provides! God is good!

Thanks for dropping by my blog btw, appreciate your comments and visits! :D

  5. What a wonderful list, Cheri. I especially love your trust in God to provide for all of your needs. He absolutely will. While it's so scary to surrender to this, once you do, you realize the scope of his power and love for you. Can't wait to hear about bagoongs are...My best friend is married to a man from the Philippines and he makes the very best in the world lumpias. They are simply amazing and I crave them almost constantly...:)

Have a wonderful weekend, sweet Cheri!
